Privacy policy

The data controller is LevroLabs, established in Romania. TODO: fill in the exact legal name, VAT number, trade register number and registered office address.

For any question about your personal data you can write to the contact address published in the site footer.

Data you submit voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, optionally phone number, company name or website, the description of the process you want to automate, and the package you are interested in.

Data submitted in the conversation with the AI assistant on the site: the content of the messages you write. We do not ask for and we ask you not to enter sensitive data, passwords or third-party personal data in the chat.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited. The IP address is also used to limit abuse of the form and of the assistant.

To answer your request and prepare the analysis call — basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

To operate and secure the site, including spam prevention — basis: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For traffic statistics and marketing — basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

We use providers acting as processors who handle data strictly in order to deliver our services: site hosting and delivery, sending the notification emails, processing the messages from the AI assistant, and, if you consent, the analytics tools.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for anything other than the purpose you sent it to us for.

Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, if we do not become contractual partners. If a collaboration starts, the statutory retention periods for contractual and financial documents apply.

Conversations with the AI assistant stay in your browser session and are deleted when you close it. We do not keep a permanent conversation history on the server.

Technical logs containing IP addresses are kept short-term, strictly for security and abuse limitation.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can exercise these rights by writing to the contact address in the site footer. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP), Bd. G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Bucharest, or with the authority in your country of residence.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access keys for external services are kept on the server only and are never exposed in the browser.

Access to the messages we receive is limited to the people who need them in order to reply to you.

We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last update date shown above.
